Father throws His 4 months old Baby Over a fence After getting high on drugs
A father was arrested after getting naked and throwing his baby over a fence.
Richard Harris, 31, of Florida, was accused of aggravated child abuse for throwing his 4-month-old son over a wooden fence in his neighborhood.
A witness called police after seeing Harris in the parking lot of her apartment complex.
She told police that she saw the man holding a crying baby, but several minutes later, he returned without clothes and without the baby.
Another neighbor flagged down an officer and reported that she found clothes that she did not recognize on her property.
When police went to investigate, they heard the baby crying from the other side of the woman’s fence. Officers jumped over the tall fence and rescued the baby, who they said was lying face down.
He was taken to a hospital for observation and treatment, and he is expected to fully recover.
Police believe that Harris may have been under the influence of drugs when he acted strangely. Harris said that he does not remember the incident and he does not know why he was naked.
