One male writer with a local daily came up with signs his fellow men should look out for to determine if the girl they are sniffing around is not interested in a serious relationship.



Here are his points, and I - a lady of course- tweaked the reason he gave for his points. Call it my contribution to society in helping men avoid rejection.

1. Keeps you a secret




 





Women are programmed to settle in. To get comfortable in situations.

So, it should be a cause of wonder if she does not jump at any opportunity to brag you to her friends or siblings, you are not in the line up for her potential mate. Temporary or permanent.

2. Not into your future plan.






If you have been hanging out for a while and then you begin telling her about future plans you might want to involve her in, ever noticed how her eyes just glaze over?

Her expression ends up communication the “I’d rather be elsewhere” look or she starts fidgeting with things such as her phone, her nail cuticles or start patting down her hair even if she shaved it all off.

3. Tardy with communication





Women are stereotyped to be communication monsters. She would rather send you 100 texts explaining a point that one short and precise one.

So if she starts avoiding communication with you, or texting you at midnight when you sent her a waking up text earlier in the day, she is not so keen on you.

4. Values her independence





She would rather drive herself over to dates with you, she would rather hustle elsewhere than to ask you to assist her with small financial debts, she would rather you just didn’t show up at her house even though you have been romping for a month.

This kind of woman would rather protect her space than allow you to penetrate any barriers she’s put up to protect her from temporary flings catching feelings for her.

5. Not clingy





Want to hang out with the boys at the club with some random women all night? Sure, go ahead. Want to go on a weekend away with a pal and three other girls? Have fun. Want to travel through Europe with your female next door neighbour/ best friend? Bring her back gifts.

She would rather you spend as much time as possible with other people than with her.

This woman is every man’s dream girl. Do not blame her if she does not return the feelings you have for her.

6. Loves her lifestyle much more than you



She loves the thought of her life than the thought of being in love with you.

This kind of woman would go on epic adventures and leave you out of it even if you are friends with benefits or have been dating for six months.

She figures that there is no point for you to be in her lifetime experiences if you will end up breaking up sooner of later.

She would rather go partying with her friends than invite you most of the times because relationship ties are just not her thing.


7. Avoids serious talks






This woman would trivialize any serious conversation you bother trying to bring up.

You try tucking her down into a relationship and she will find some loophole or excuse to get out of that plan.

She will come up with on the spur career and life goals she needs to accomplish first, or she will bring up her past hurts as reasons for why she is not ready for a new relationship.
