Kuldhara
Kuldhara is a small village located in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. It was one time populated with more than 1,500 Paliwal Brahmins, descendants of a community that had lived here for more than five centuries.
It has many stories associated with it, Some say the Paliwals left because some eccentric king wanted to marry the daughter of the chief whereas some say that they left because of Mughals. But the interesting fact remains is that they left some kind of curse on this village that made no one settle here.
