This girl is almost certainly not licensed to drive this motorcycle.



A traveler on a Chinese road captured video of a very young girl driving a motorcycle at a high speed while her father watches from the back.
The video shows the girl steering the motorcycle March 2 on a road in Haikou, Hainan Province, while a man, reportedly her father, sits on the back of the vehicle.
Neither the girl, who the uploader said was 4 years old, nor the man were wearing helmets.
It was unclear whether police had been made aware of the incident.

A female self-confessed ‘child-kidnapping witch doctor’ -was stripped naked and beaten before being sexually assaulted after she was caught right in the act. The woman – it is reported – had been caught red-handed trying to lure away young children with promises of ice cream in Imo state.
