HAPPINESS AND JOY
Happiness Depends on Happenings But Joy Depends on God.
It is good to be happy but much more important is to Joyful.Happiness is temporal but joy is eternal.Happiness is ephemeral but joy is long lasting.Happiness is controlled by what we see,hear,feel or receive but joy is independent of the external situations that do develop from time to time.
The quest for an all round the clock happiness is what to leads people to stealing,cheating,alcoholism,tobacco and drugs...but the truth is that there is satisfaction or happiness in all these things.
To be joyful in life ,you need the knowledge of God.Since joy takes its route from God,you must be connected to the God of joy for you to be joyful.To be joyful also you must strive to be an achiever.Nothing satisfies like good results.when you are working and making progress,it energizes and refreshes.
To attain this level therefore takes you to establish a focus,follow principles,work hard and be self disciplined.By this, achievement will come naturally.
contentment is very critical at this stage.This does not depend on how much you have but how satisfied and happy you are with what you have.joy is not a product of the external gadgets but an internal fortification.
