Man takes a girl for a date then she asks for whisky but when the bill comes they start sweating

- A Kenyan man has narrated of his unfortunate date with an ambitious Kenyan woman who embarrassed him at a date

- He had agreed to meet a woman and had carried only KSh 5,000   about #15,000 Naira he knew was within the budget of the lunch date

Six months ago, Javan Narshon went on a date with a woman he had the hots for. It was supposed to be a simple lunch date.





When he left the house, he carried with him, KSh 5,000  with which he intended to pay for the date.

On a normal day, KSh 5,000 would have been more than enough for a date. This however, was not a normal day and the woman was not normal Nairobi chic.




When they sat down to order for eats and drinks, the woman asked for a 30-year-old Glenfiddich single malt scotch.

Since Narshon didn't think it would be expensive, he went with her choice. After all, he had KSh 5,000 in his pocket right?

When the bill came, riding on that old booklet that waiters carry, Narshon could not believe his eyes.

Narshon says that he was sweating in places he never thought capable of sweating. The Glenfiddich bottle alone was KSh 62,500 about # 189.000 Naira

Since he did not want to act poor, he fished for his card and paid the bill.



What made the matters worse is the fact that the girl did not even open the whisky bottle. She carried it to her house, like a souvenir.
