Excited Emir Of Kano Meets Pope Francis in Italy

The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusiwas among the over 450 religious leaders from different faiths who met for the World Day of Prayer for Peace held in Assisi, Italy.

The Emir who was present at the 3-day event which ended yesterday, September 20, 2016 met with the Pope as both men were pictured shaking hands.

The 3-days long event was organized to bring religious leaders from different faiths together in order to pray for world peace.
