Forgiveness has no substitute

The season of Easter has come and gone but as Christians  the lessons and benefits of easter must linger in our hearts always.Jesus taught us that forgiveness is not optional.
We must forgive each other just as how our father forgives  our numerous sins.If you forgive others the wrong they have done to you,your father in heaven will also forgive you.But if you do not forgive others the wrong they have done to you,then your father in heaven will not forgive the wrongs you have done.
Where there is love their is forgiveness
God's love is seen in Christ Jesus whom we crucified but through God's love we obtained his forgiveness.
Peter went up to Jesus and said "Lord how often must I  forgive my brother if he offends me,as often as seven times?
Jesus answered Peter,"Not seven,but 70 times seven".When Jesus had answered Peter,he gave the parable of the merciful servant saying..."and that is how heavenly father will deal with you unless you forgive your brother from the heart.(Matthew,18:21,19:1)

led the paralytic responded enthusiastically to His dramatic display of power. ( Matthew 9:4-8) But they overlooked His more significant ability to forgive sins a power that deeply troubled the nscribes(,verses 2-3).
There is power in forgiveness.the power of forgiveness is immeasurable,Jesus challenged His followers to forgive others who have wronged or hurt them,(Matthew,(6 34-45, 18,21-35)
,It could seem like a simple act,but anyone who has struggled with pain and anger knows that it takes enormous power to sincerely forgive.It requires putting aside one's hurts and reaching out to an offender with pardoning embrace.On the other side, forgiveness can release the wrong  doer from paralysis guilt and even turn around the course of such person's life.(James,5:19-20)
Forgiveness is powerful and liberating as healing of  the paralytic.And it's a power Jesus :) delegated to His followers.(John 20:23).
The only key that opens and resolves all existential injuries is forgiveness.
Forgiveness has no alternative.The biblical stories in Matthew :18:21,19:1,brings to limelight how paves the way to eternal life,it soothes like as balm.Christ our,our leader and model utilized this master key at the cross.
He was faced with man's inhumanity to man.He forgave the world and was thus able to reunite humanity with his heavenly father.
It is the nature of God to forgive those who are repentant Matt,4:12 Mk 2,7
and Jesus has authority to forgive sins.(Mk 2:10)
However God's forgiveness is related to the willingness of a sinner to forgive anyone who sin against him.
(Mt,6:14-15)
When God forgives ,it is total forgiveness. (Jer13:34,Mic 7:19)  (All sins can be forgiven except blasphemy against the holy spirit (mt,12:31)..
Forgive others who wrong you.You will gladly live in peace in this world and at the end gain perfect peace.
. Life is what we make out of it.

A female self-confessed ‘child-kidnapping witch doctor’ -was stripped naked and beaten before being sexually assaulted after she was caught right in the act. The woman – it is reported – had been caught red-handed trying to lure away young children with promises of ice cream in Imo state.
