Three young Ghanaian girls smoke marijuana openly on social media

A picture of three young girls smoking what appeared to be marijuana has gone viral on social media.


It appears that either the picture was uploaded to social media with the consent of the three teenage girls or they did it themselves.

The picture has renewed the debate about a corroding of moral values in Ghanaians society.



One social media user described the picture as "saddening" and questioned what the word was coming to.

Using and trafficking marijuana is unlawfully in Ghana, as experts have determined that it is harmful to the health.

A female self-confessed ‘child-kidnapping witch doctor’ -was stripped naked and beaten before being sexually assaulted after she was caught right in the act. The woman – it is reported – had been caught red-handed trying to lure away young children with promises of ice cream in Imo state.
